Privacy Policy for applicants

When you send an application, we collect:

• Your details: full name, email address, WhatsApp number, and where you live now.
• Your application: the role you apply for, when you can start, how you heard about the role, your expected salary, and your previous salary.
• Your files: your CV, a recent photo of you, and your portfolio link if you add one.
• Technical records: your IP address, browser information, and the time you agreed to this policy. We use these to keep the form safe from spam and abuse.

We use your data only to run our recruitment: to review your application, contact you about next steps, and decide on hiring. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it to anyone.

Your applications are reviewed by people on our recruitment team and the hiring managers for the role. We do not use automated decision-making or AI to screen your application.

Only the Kuy Studio staff involved in hiring for the role. We share your data with service providers that help us run this site, such as hosting and email delivery, only as much as they need to do that work. We disclose it to authorities only when the law requires us to.

We keep your application for up to 12 months after a hiring decision is made, so we can contact you about other suitable roles. After that, we delete it. If you are hired, your data becomes part of your employee records.

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent means we can no longer process your application. Email us and we will respond within 3 x 24 hours on working days.

Kuy Studio never asks for money at any stage of recruitment and never works with travel agents. If someone does, it is not us. Please report it to us.
