Outlet Crew - Customer Service
Kuy Studio 2.0 - Suhat, Malang
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries and assist customers in person or through the outlet hotline.
- Check and adjust photo session reservations when necessary (customers make reservations online, except for on-site bookings).
- Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Operator team or Outlet Leader to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum high school/vocational school graduate or currently enrolled university student.
- Reside in the area or city where the outlet is located.
- Have experience in Customer Service or as a Cashier.
- Be proficient in using Google Sheets.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be able to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
